The corporate style is based on darkened photographs, with accent green and additional red, all drawn from the company’s brand book. The client provided the photographs, while the texts and approximate structure were suggested by her. We decided against making the photos black and white, as in the original design, to avoid the site looking too gray. This deviation from the main page style was acceptable since the new pages are for subsidiaries
The client requested to split the design stage into two parts, as she hadn’t fully thought through some of the blocks and details for the site. It was important for her to provide clear technical specifications, so initially, I designed the blocks we had already discussed. The client agreed with my work and confirmed I was moving in the right direction with the style, and we proceeded to the second part of the design
